The Lincoln Parish Detention Center does not receive or process inmates’ non-legal mail on-site.  All inmate mail should be sent to a central processing facility, where mail will be opened and scanned to the inmate at the detention center.  The inmate will then be able to access their electronic mail via kiosk.
