Parties involved in an accident may request a copy of the Accident Report by sending a written request to Crash Report Request, 161 Road Camp Rd, Ruston, LA 71270.
Requests should include the names of the parties involved, date, time and location of incident. Please include payment of $10 per report with your request.
Accident Reports are available 10 days after the event.
